Facilities Supervisor

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Facilities Supervisor at our Livingston site.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Manage the refurb facilities maintenance schedules, in house and 3rd party security while performing day to day maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is always to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete day to day maintenance tasks on site.
• Line management of in house and/ or 3rd party security for operational requirements.
• Work with 3rd party companies to plan and complete the service maintenance for the site.
• Liaise with department managers to ensure no disruption to the site operation.
• Responsible for the sites upkeep either using your skills or liaising with Sub Contractors.
• Manage all service/ insurance schedules of equipment on site.
• Manage all paperwork for 3rd party companies.
• Accurately log and keep record of all required documentation for 3rd parties.
• Manage the security function of the site.
• Assist with managing health and safety on site.
• Ensure the facility is always at a safe and operational standard.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Knowledge of other departments functions preferred.
• Strong communications skills with the ability to motivate.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances to ensure business demands are met.
• Organised so that productive teams can perform at an optimal level at all times.
• Proficient with Microsoft platforms.
