Greenhous Commercials delivers New DAF XBC to SMC Mini Mix

Shropshire based ready-mix concrete supplier, SMC Mini Mix, has purchased a New Generation DAF XBC 310 FA 18t with McPhee concrete mixer body. Supplied by local DAF dealer, Greenhous Commercials in Shrewsbury, the new vehicle will enter operation to supply ready mix concrete loads of up to 4 cubic metres throughout Shropshire and the surrounding borders.

The new XBC is part of SMC Mini Mix’s fleet replenishment and has been specified with Kelsa top light bar, air horns and LED Slim line beacon bar with front and rear strobes.

Paul Morris, Director at SMC Mini Mix, commented: “This is the first XBC to join our fleet which is nearly entirely DAF. It’s had a great response so far with the drivers impressed at the overall comfort, technical specifications and user-friendliness.”
