Greenhous Group re-acquires Cold Meece Cazoo site
Greenhous Group, one of the UK’s largest automotive groups, has become the owner of the Cazoo site in Cold Meece.
The 36-acre site has been acquired by Greenhous for an undisclosed fee. It is the latest in a number of acquisitions which has seen Greenhous Group rapidly grow it’s UK footprint to over 200 acres following similar acquisitions in Upper Heyford and Livingston in the last 12-months alone.
Greenhous had previously sold the PDI and refurbishment facility at Cold Meece as part of the Smart Fleet Solutions sale to Cazoo in 2021. Cazoo will remain as the primary tenant on a multi-year lease back arrangement.
