Mike Wingfield | 25 Years Service at Greenhous DAF

Mike has been a great asset to Greenhous for the last 25 years.

He is extremely professional in his approach to all duties and a great asset to the workshop team.

His current role as a charge hand also includes assisting with progression of the new apprentices, he is also heavily involved with the MOT preparation completing quality checks and using his extensive knowledge to feed back and educate other staff members. This gives us great confidence when presenting our customers vehicles for MOT and reflects in our MOT pass rate.

Mike reflected on his time when he was made redundant from BRS, he remembers enjoying on working on the Leyland DAF product, having hearing good feedback through the motor trade about Greenhous he saw the opportunity and wasn’t disappointed, and advised that he has enjoyed his progression from technician to charge hand. - Martin Hill, Service Director
