An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Greenhous Fleet Services as a Fleet Sales Consultant at our Stoke-on-Trent site.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a drive to succeed.
You will document all warranty work in accordance with the manufacturers and dealership’s service level agreement.
Salary: £23,500 per annum, plus commission based on profit
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, i.e. 37.5 hours per week, with 30 minutes lunch (unpaid)
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates an ability to consistently meet set targets.
- Completes all leasing activity to the established standards.
- Makes recommendations on effective pricing and promotions.
- Understands and adheres to safe work practices.
- Ensures implementation of internal service delivery and quality assurance to meet standards and internal customer expectations.
- Maintains proactive and effective communication with customers.
- Responds to all inquiries in a timely manner, consistently updates CRM system as required.
- Conducts oneself with the utmost dignity and professionalism in all dealings.
- Takes ownership of any customer issues and concerns and resolves the issue by following up with the appropriate department staff.
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Should have a keen interest in Corporate and leasing sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Personable and enthusiastic, with a determination to succeed.
- A full UK driver’s licence is essential.
- Ability to work well within a team and build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
