Peugeot Roadside Assistance is vehicle-based, covering anyone driving your Peugeot with your permission.
Period of Complimentary Cover:
- Petrol & Diesel vehicles: All new Peugeots are covered for 12 months from the date of registration.
- Electric & Plug-in Hybrid vehicles: Covered for 8 years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of registration.
If you sell your vehicle within the coverage period, the new owner can benefit from any remaining Peugeot Roadside Assistance cover.
At Home Service: If your vehicle breaks down at home, we will bring our roadside assistance service to your doorstep. If the vehicle can't be repaired, we will transport it to the nearest Peugeot Authorized Repairer.
Recovery: If a quick local repair isn't possible, we’ll arrange onward transportation for you, up to seven passengers, and your vehicle to any single mainland UK destination. If you’re towing a caravan or trailer, this can also be recovered (subject to certain weight and size restrictions).
Onward Mobility: When your vehicle is immobilized, Peugeot Roadside Assistance provides additional benefits by offering you several options to continue your journey immediately after recovery. You can choose the option that best suits you (subject to availability) while we take your vehicle to a Peugeot Authorized Repairer.

Whenever you have your Peugeot serviced with us, you'll receive 12 months of complimentary RAC Roadside Assistance*. In the event of a breakdown, RAC's mobile patrols will either fix the issue on the spot or transport you to the nearest Peugeot retailer.

Peugeot Accident Assistance will manage the repairs by transporting your vehicle to the nearest Peugeot Accident Repair Centre. We'll even contact your insurance company on your behalf.
If the accident wasn't your fault, we'll arrange a like-for-like* replacement vehicle for you to drive until yours is back on the road. If the accident was your fault, we'll provide a courtesy vehicle.
