Terms and Conditions*

1. Eligibility
This offer is open to legal residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Greenhous, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period
This promotion begins on December 1st, 2024 and ends on December 14th, 2024. All car purchases made within this period are eligible for entry into the raffle.

3. How to Enter
To enter the raffle, participants must purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle from Greenhous Vauxhall during the promotion period. Each car purchase counts as one entry into the raffle. No additional purchase is necessary.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a voucher for a Christmas grocery shop valued at up to £300. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All expenses not specifically included in the prize (such as transportation, gratuities, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on December 16th, 2024 and the winner will be notified via phone or email within 2 days of the drawing.

6. Prize Acceptance
The winner must claim their prize within 24 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Greenhous Vauxhall reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent. The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted at the discretion of the business.

9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Greenhous Vauxhall permission to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
Greenhous Vauxhall is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize, or from participation in this promotion. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Greenhous Vauxhall, its affiliates, and its employees from any and all liability arising out of this promotion.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
